After months of planning, we have a new voting process in place. Soon you will receive in your paper copies in your mailboxes for the November Annual Meeting Announcement Invite along with a Proxy Ballot. A copy of both is here for you to review along with Candidates you will select from for your next Board of Directors. This is new path forward in the hopes more owners will get involved with the voting. Please review the below and become familiar with the process.
ANNUAL MEETING DATE IS SUNDAY NOVEMBER 17TH WITH A START TIME OF 2:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Ramada by Wyndham Plymouth Hotel & Conference Center, located at 2705 Annapolis Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55441. All owners are welcome to attend.
If you want to get an early start and wish send your Directed Proxy selection in, you can do so by printing the Directed Proxy Ballot, after reading the instructions (must be signed, dated, owner and week) must be filled in.
